Little Penguins of Madagascar things

Which makes our first revelation… Danny Jacobs.  Known to Fanguins as “King Julian”  Danny Jacobs plays Victor Zsasz.

According to Wikipedia:

Origin story

In Batman Chronicles #3, told by Zsasz himself, it is learned that Victor Zsasz was the head of his own international company and had amassed a large personal fortune in addition to his family’s wealth. At the age of 25 his parents died in a boating accident, sending him into a deep depression. He turned to gambling, losing money in competitions around the world. One night, he ended up in a Gotham City casino, where he gambled everything he owned and ended up losing it all to the Penguin; afterwards he saw that his life was empty, driven by desire, and there was no point to his existence. While he was attempting to commit suicide by jumping from Gotham Bridge, a homeless man tried to assault him with a knife after he refused to give him money. Instinctively grabbing the knife, Zsasz saw in the man’s eyes that all life is meaningless and that nothing nor anyone matters. He then proceeded to stab the man to death as a “gift” for saving his life. From then on, he dedicated himself to “liberating” others from their pointless existence (Zsasz often refers to victims as “zombies”). He usually preys on young women, but has no qualms over whom he murders. He slits his victims’ throats and leaves them in lifelike poses, adding a tally mark to himself each time. He has been diagnosed as insane and is regularly incarcerated in Arkham Asylum courtesy of Batman, breaking out on occasion to carry on killing.

In addition: he appears as mini boss in Lego Batman 2.

To start off:

Bizarrely, almost none of the main cast  of PoM are in Arkham City. I can understand Tom McGrath not being in it (His focus is really more on being a director, Skipper was a happy accident)  and the same goes for Andy Richter, but somehow Arkham City was made without Jeff Bennett, John DiMaggio, Kevin Michael Richardson, James Patrick Stuart or Nicole Sullivan.  Though they could have used Nicole, there were too few female non super villain inmates.

Voice Acting Revalations: Arkham City vs Penguins of Madagascar

I was looking at some Arkham City stuff earlier today and I saw a few names I recognized from Penguins… in ways  I did NOT expect.

I’ll be putting up some clips later today (if I can manage it) of a Voice Actor’s Arkham character and their Penguins character. Some of them are quite striking, and REALLY cool.

mydetheturk asked: Yes, I want to find out what happened to Manfredi and Johnson, because of curiosity, but no, I don't want to because of feels.

Episode: Best Foes

pomnews:

So as you guys can see, Bob Schooley has confirmed after a question was asked that “Best Foes” will be a Hans based/centric episode x3 Sorry for not having much news lately. There hasn’t been much to release. Oh and not sure who else heard but apparently the final episode and 3rd Blowhole special has been rumored to reveal the mystery of Manfredi & Johnson! I’ll try to find the interview that it was mentioned in and put a link up tomorrow ._.

Hello People!  Just passing along some news since I’m still computerless.  (well, personal computerless anyway)

Do you want to hear the story behind Manfredi and Johnson? Why or Why not?
